Okay, what is a solution? The problem was people buying plots and reselling the option to demolish said plot. So we need an option to fix it if random timers isn't working.

Not if SE set the price per house type and only allow one home to sell per SE account, unfortunately already happen in our server we have 1 player that owns 32 homes of various type which is unfair.

Yes, SE does need to just make a hard line stance right here and now that only one house and one apartment per account. But they would also need to make the provision that only the Leader of an FC can purchase a plot and can't own a personal house as well. This is so Guilds can't make multiple FC for the intent of purchasing multiple plots.
