Have a option to block incoming friends request

There was a situation that I was just a made aware of
As of 30 minutes ago a character named Omega Ace in Famfrite while I was AFK
He started spamming me friend request until the game disconnected me
now according to the new game punishable activities that is a punishable offense so that issue needs to be addressed and personally I do not like receiving friend requests from anybody I don't know
You should have option under your character settings to turn off friend requests are to block them automatically
because they are using the friends request system to kick people by spamming the friends request such as this Omega Ace
And to make sure that what happened I went AFK for 2 hours just to watch another character walked up to mine and sent me multiple friend requests and then all of a sudden it said I was disconnected from server that is breaking game mechanic and game function that needs to be stopped

Although it's not exactly what you're asking for, /busy will block all incoming requests until you turn it off.

That said, a bug causing people to DC should definitely be fixed...

Wasnt it a coincidence that you got a dc at the time? There is no way to know for sure either way

Once a friend request is pending it can't be re-sent. Just let it chill there.
Though uh, this doesn't sound like a great way to make new friends.

That being said, are you sure this wasn't a coincidence that you disconnected when he started sending you friend requests?

If you go /busy, you won't be able to get friend requests, FC invites, or /tells. Otherwise, you can always just blacklist a person who keeps sending you friend requests that you keep denying. Or, as someone else suggested, just let it sit there. Because they can't request twice if you have one pending.
