Paladin is Paladin in french too. Chevalier and Paladin are 2 different things. Sry if I didn't understand something ^^They probably use the Japanese word for "Knight" for the current Paladin job. I know that's the case for what they call Paladin in French ("Chevalier"), so I'd expect it to go the same way for most languages.
I think it'd be cool to see if they could bypass that language barrier issue.
Also, I think dancer comes from the First, so the name for Eorzean should changeb but stay dancer for the First.
