I heard it in a video or read it somewhere that Dancer trainer will be in Limsa Lominsa.

Gunbreaker is in Gridania and Dancer in Limsa.

That said, Red Mage and Samurai started in Ul'dah despite originating from other regions so that doesn't mean Dancer won't be related to the First.
