WoW has better character customization than Tetris.
Am I doing this right?

tbh dawn dlc era was better than mod skyrim
This is probably one of the biggest issues the games with more robust character creators have.Personally, I find that the FFXIV character look and feel appeals to me more than most other MMOs, even those with a gazillion sliders.
The main reason - emotion. When I laugh, my body and face move like I'm laughing. The eyes make things more lively. I don't have a dead stare in every cut scene.
They either lack animation on the player character in cutscenes or the animation ends up looking extremely unnatural due to them not being able to properly account for all the variety in face/body types.

My standards are incredibly low in that I prefer every single race to have proper light to dark skin options. My experiences as a poc player tend to make me view MMOs different than most, but a lot of games (including WoW) are hellbent at being colorist in some form or excluding entire palettes of skintone, turning the playerbase vile when it comes to masking this with "lore" and what have you. I enjoy a lot that XIV ignores all of that, at the very least on an aesthetic level.
Lmao, Tera's character creator is just face sliders and offers more than FFXIV.
Black Desert Online shouldn't count towards any of this. Sure, it allows for more customization with sliders and options, but what's the point when the armor/clothing customization isn't there to use it? Most armor covers the entire body, and any armor sets with split up models are cash shop only. You can't play dress up like in FF14, GW2, etc, and everything is basically class locked.
i actually prefer wow elves over ffxiv elves.
