Word of advice....don't play WoW. Pretty sure if you think the tiny ounce of elitism in FFXIV is "bad", then you'd have to check yourself into a mental facility after trying to run one instance in WoW, where parsing is legit (and encouraged).

Fun Fact: I'm playing WoW and what people are always claiming about it is nothing more than exaggeration. You might encounter this behaviour sometimes in the higher myth+ runs but thats about it. In normal dungeons no one give a crap about your dps as long as the stuff gets done.
