Can confirm also if you have mail you haven't sorted through yet you can not transfer. A friend of mine had to sort through 100 mail to throw out that he didn't delete. They wouldn't let him transfer because of those wedding invitations. lol

Possibly, as long as you don't relinquish your house/plot before you move and your original server doesn't become congested in the meantime. And you realize that you will lose your plot when you move.

Speaking of weddings, what happens to my ring and married status if I move servers and my partner dosnt?

I plan to return to the same server after but don't wanna lose the data on it for anniversary and couple rings
