Repairs/Melding: Stop Increasing Its Level

Absolutely disagree.

Crafters constantly meeting their level cap deserve the right to repair their own gear as they worked hard to get there, on top of their normal goals of supplying gear for the raid team and themselves. Repairing gear doesn't even cost that much either so it's a non issue, you really only need to do a single rou to get more then enough gil to repair all of your stuff. Melding is even more of reward as it lets them optimize on their gear, which getting to that point requires so much effort between leve quests, GC turn ins, and job progression.

The current system works great and it's all the more reason to raise your crafters up for those extra benefits, but especially to be thankful for your raid crafters for helping you max out your builds as you can't do it yourself.
