Unable to use World Transfer service; optional item and name change issues

Date & Time: 4/2/2019 7.35 PM PST

Character name: Lite Snack

Retainer name: N/A

NPC name: Delivery Moogle

Monster name: N/A

Class/Level: Arcanist lv21

Party or solo: Solo

In-game time: Ongoing

Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa Upper Decks ( 11.6 , 14.3 )

Housing: N/A
Steps:
1.Logged into a character to clear everything before transfer to another server.
2.Cleaned out and recieved all Moogle Mails on my character, using the reward request button when applicable.
3.Contacted Support and was sent 2 items, used them then cleared out mail.
4.Tried to use World Transfer service, get following errors:
The selected character has a name change pending and/or has purchased optional items that have yet to be claimed.
5.Already checked that i don't have any name change pending.
6.The problem is still here. So i don't know what to do or check anymore.
