I'm trying to server transfer.

What's wrong?

I have a ceremony invite.... in my SUSPENDED RETAINER. One that I haven't paid for in like 3 years now.

I can't change servers without paying SE for this utter BS. So thank you SE for not giving us an option to just flat out delete the invites and making me have to pay to remove it, when I wasn't even aware that I had the invite on that retainer.

I mean, depending in when your sub date is, retainers are prorated. You may not even have to pay more than a few cents lol.

It's also a lot cheaper to sub a retainer to grab something real quick than it is to transfer servers.

They force you to pay for it for as long as you have subbed currently. So that was $8 in forced retainer payment because my sub expires on July 25th.

My experience with GMs is that they'll just tell you to sub as they can't do anything. At best, you might get a one-off item amendment, but that's one item for the entirity of your time with the account.

Minimum pro-rata in the UK is £1. Won't be charged any less than that, even if the pro-rata would come to less than that.

Also how come the "free" server transfer requires you to subscribe to the game on these dead months of nothing between expansions?
It's not even free server transfer, just discounted server transfer, for the vast majority of players that realize there's been nothing going on since Alphascape and use their sub money wiser than paying for housing afk simulator.
