World Visit Congested Realms?

I have a question about the world visit system and I'm not sure if this has been answered anywhere.

I'm wondering if you'll be able to travel to congested worlds with this feature. I don't recall them specifying one way or another. And given that the goal of this feature seems to mostly be to spread people out when new content is released, i'm wondering if they might lock people from visiting congested realms like Balmung.

Has SE commented on this one way or another in any interviews?

Yes there is a limit, you cannot have everyone flooding into one world at the same time. If the world you are travelling to is your home world, there is separate spaces reserved for you to return, so you may still return home even if the visitors allocation is at max capacity.

They said you can't visit Congested worlds.
So places like Balmung will be locked off from world visit and like Rufalus said, if its your home world you get reserved spot to come back since its your server.

Thanks. I wasn't worried about not getting back onto balmung, more wondering if a friend of mine could visit balmung when this system goes live.

Not the end of the world it just means I'll have to visit their server instead to RP with them. I had a feeling they wouldn't allow visits to congested worlds but I hadn't seen a confirmation so thanks for the info.
