It's not tinfoil hat though, they stated as much, yoshida stated that the dev team wanted to meet the demand for a beastial race but viera was already incredibly demanded, and they were aware that they would get some sort of negative feedback on this sort of release. That's not me exaggerating.

Based on your assumption hrothgar just shouldn't exist at all because the number of players that were requesting a beastial race period have always been a minority in this game, you even have official polls by SE to prove this, you can't use the minority excuse doesn't matter because it's obvious they were providing a minority desire on top of their own personal desire with hrothgar. That ain't it chief.

They're the smaller group based on your personal perception, again there're multiple polls, petitions and post on other sites outside of this forum that show that. Reiterating the "vocal minority" meme just isn't a good enough argument, especially when you consider the people asking for a beastial race were less than the people asking for viera based on official forum posts. Guess what? they got what they wanted.

Again, they're not going to cancel the 24 or 8 man raid for this, and content has been pushed back in the past to lukewarm upset for completely opposite reasons. This isn't a valid argument based off of this, you cannot generalize and say "if they do this we won't get a 24 man period" it's the same way people who were asking for WAR to be fixed were told it would have to wait until next expansion, it was released mid expansion.

To each their own on their perspective of Viera because we have even less information about their 'unique head' than we do for hrothgar, but it's obvious their 'uniqueness' is something like a lion, tiger, and wolf head with a horn, which is no different than faces 1, 2, 3, 4. Besides the fact that it's been proven that they use similar body types? there's no reason to say these races aren't anything but gimped right now, it's the same way that BLU was gimped.

I would have just rather they focus on the races we have right now honestly, midlander and elezen need way more work than we need new racial content.

Edit: But with that I think I'll kindly dip out of this conversation, it seems like it'll just end up going around in circles that don't need to be tread to begin with, and I really really don't wanna bump any more threads about this topic, they should be consolidated to one post alone.
