They probably should rework the way how gear works on bodies. Instead of having different 3D files for different bodies (sometimes for three (six if count m/f separately) main body types, sometimes for every race separately) making one model wich will be flexible for adjusting depending on body parameters, if it's possible (and it will give possibilities for reworking character creating as well). But even if they theoretically can do it, it will means huge amount of work and it's worth to do together with graphic adjusting, which they don't plan to do in nearest future anyway.
