Ah yes this quest unfortunately their is a prerequisite quest you must do it starts with Hancock who says he needs a new musical score to bring in some new business partners he asks you to seek out a man famed for his works near the marketplace. Once you have found him he starts reciting a new piece this gives a brief bit of aether sickness and muddles your memories a little bit, can that man ever not befuddle our minds when he opens his mouth jeez. Anyway after that he directs you back to Hancock who now wants to put on a play so he sends you to the prima vista, here you must talk to a certain man who rambles on and on about these beast like races some though are very close to hyurs but before he finishes his story and the play he tasks with you to get wine from the local bar. Once you are there you find out that the owner's pet has disappeared and refuses to give up the wine until it is found unfortunetly it is located on top of a lamppost and refuses to come down your only way to get it is to get up there and grab it. Once you have done this return the pet to recieve the wine then give the wine t the drunkard on the prima vista to finally give Hancock his play which he then wants you to act in. During the play you are giving the choice to kiss Hancock, Lolorito or the dragon choosing either Hancock or lolorito will make you engaged to them and you recieve 1m gil as a reward, choosing the dragon transforms it into a hyur man, an au ra man and a miqo'te man whom appear in their birthday clothes (ik can't believe SE allowed such a scene), that you all get on top of a magical sparkling unicorn and ride off into the sunset you reward for this is complete ownership of Hingashi who knew the highest lord's son was part dragon eh.

Once this quest is done you can go be a DNC hope it helps
