Has anyones Ultima, the High Seraph statue arrived yet?

Mine shipped last Saturday apparently and I still haven't received it. Just wondering if I'm the only one. I did submit a ticket but those usually take days to get a reply.

So apparently in this email they sent last Saturday it only says that it's status was changed to "shipped" and they charged me for it. But there is no tracking url in it at all I looked all over it. So it would seem that it actually hasn't shipped yet? It just basically says "thanks for your order" and has the invoice info on it but I was indeed charged the money already.

UK player, here. My statue and emote arrived last week. It was left outside my door so it's a very good thing that my security guard found it and put it somewhere safer until I returned home.

As a word of advice, when it does arrive be very cautious when opening the packaging. For the Odin and Shiva statues, the emote code was written on a loose slip of paper inside the box. This time around, the code is stuck to the interior of the box - which I overlooked at first.

Says it was shipped on the 25th, now the 1st of April, 7 days later (maximum time for shipping). Haven't received it yet even now. Going to have to go through credit card company to dispute the charge now.

i would suggest contacting SE first before you do that. i've heard disputing / chargeback can get you banned from all SE purchases in the future, including XIV. could be wrong though.

this actually happened to me with the shiva statue. it did actually ship later, but it took awhile.
