I’m sad now.
I laughed way too hard at this.
Then again, it might be because I'm still pretty comfortable with Blue Mage.
I laughed then I cried

Man, if Blue Mage and limited jobs were just a 3 month long April Fools bonanza and they lift the level cap to 70 tomorrow and talk about it with the rest of the jobs in May, I'd re-sub immediately.
My ears perked up for a second, now they are down on the floor.
Put me back in!
I mean, they probably could make BLU reach 70, no need for Job quests, or new spells, or anything. Just add them later.
Their current set of spells, they'll do decent Burst DPS with Primal attacks and questionable dps otherwise, and be smelly imitating a Malboro.
What would be interesting is if the term "Limited Job" actually trial job to see what players would do with it before trying to really commit it in a direction torwards higher level content because its one that is hard to predict in regards to balancing for that content. If so could we see other unusual jobs added this way like beastmaster, puppetmaster, onion knight, mimic, etc which could be either difficult to balance properly or doesn't easily fit in a defined role.I mean, they probably could make BLU reach 70, no need for Job quests, or new spells, or anything.
