No i do not favor, nor want a Cross server finder simply because i know how it will turn out.

i Want Yoshi to personally use the cross server finder and the current games that use it, and tell me what a fun experience he had being dropped from party when that rare loot dropped, or being ninja'd then that person dropping or AFK gotta walk my dog for 2 hours, and my personal favorite being kicked from what ever instance you were in because Player B still uses Grandpa's dial up.

Sounds like you never played a mmo with a queue system. Usually works like this, to prevent these types of situations there is always rules in any kind of finder tool for example these are the most commonly used ones.

    1. There is no ninjaing everyone gets a fair roll on loot. No player can set loot master / quarter master, a free roll system is used. Most games have restrictions on what people can roll based on their class and if they can use it.

    2. You can kick people from the dungeon but it requires a majority vote to kick the person. Voting to kick people can not happen during combat or when there is loot in the treasure pool to be rolled on. Preventing people being kicked by someone because they want a rare item.

    3. If someone has to leave or goes afk or is kicked by majority vote because they are causing a problem. The server will replace them with someone else in the queue and you will be on your way. People have to leave all the time for whatever reason but there is always people to replace them so its not that big of a deal.

the last time a played WoW about 5 or so years ago this system did not exist.

besides, one antiquated game that should have died off years ago cant possibly be the only one to use such a great system. there has to be more?
