Zumi, I mostly agree with everything you've said, but a few things stick out...

Streamline? Yes.
Efficient? Maybe. Hopefully new content will require at least some strategy--not the kind of "ARC DOES THE MOST DAMAGE! LET'S STACK IT!" strategy we have now, but that there will be a reason to balance party setups. In the end, an automatic pool of people can never be customized enough to accommodate every variable that will make a party work or not. If getting into the dungeon is the goal, it is more efficient. If beating the instance is the goal, it will always be more efficient to build a party of people whose names you know.

If I just want to run quick raid instance in like my spare 1 hour I have to play the game? Yes
Yes, but I don't think a majority of people want the kind of instance where you can throw together a party and win in an hour. If it's that easy, it'll become boring fast, just like current content. That said, this type of content does need to be represented (for people that only have a spare hour) but we should not base all of our expectations around that.

Are you being force to use Content Finder if they have one? No, if the content finder isn't for you then you don't have to use it.
Can you still do things the old fashioned way by getting your friends linkshell members together to run a raid or boss and run to the zone? Yes
If you want to make your own group by shouting in town can you still do that? Yes
This is largely up to the dev team. That's why we're discussing it now, so they have our feedback before they make it. I will adapt whether they add it or not. However, depending on how it's designed, it could just fail miserably and be used once throughout the life of the game, or it could be the only thing that people ever do in the game. In my opinion, it needs to fall somewhere in-between.
