Because other MMOs with this type of system proves players will act that way lol, no consequence = belligerent, uncouth, stupid (purposefully) and just a plain asshole at times lol.

Or maybe those games just attract those kinds of people, just like XBL does for example.

There is consequence anyway for example if you were to ninja loot or act like a jerk in game wouldn't that reputation follow you here also ?
