    The earrings don't work on quest-style experience rewards. While not a quest, Heaven on High and Palace of the Dead just give a static amount of XP that is not buffed by FC boosts or gear. The earrings will do you more on XP gained from dungeons or open world enemies.

    Does it affect things like bursts of exp from daily roulettes or challenge log or quests/leves? Or is it strictly exp you get from killing things directly?
