Leveling up slower is not an option

I have a thought. Some people like to level there jobs.How can we spend time doing that if they give us bonus exp all over the place? Plus I don't want to tell my free company not to use a exp buff. We should either get an exp -50% buff or an max ilv sync to make dungeons and fates bit more of a challenge.

If you want to level up slower, then level up two or more jobs at once so you can spread the exp between them.
