    2019 Free Transfers Data Split - FC Housing reimbursel.

    I cannot find any solid information on this.
    I am well aware that personal housing will be refunded at 100% the cost + thee million for furnishings.

    As is usual in order to transfer you must abandon your FC this is a mild inconvenience for me but nothing i can't get over. the issue I have is that if the FC house is not refunded as with other housing then i personally am left out of pocket as I offer these services to my company mates out of my own funds.

    I'm guessing nothing has changed but has SE or Yoshida eluded to any changes in transfer procedure with regards to free company's housing recently, I know the subject was broached several years ago but to my knowledge nothing was done.

    with the data split there is more on the line than previously as crossing data centers is a bigger deal than a server divide and sadly my friends and static are split up by the changes.

    I understand the need for the split and support SE in there decision but I don't want to see FC's out of pocket due to a semi-mandatory server change.

    If we could get some official response of thoughts on this that would be excellent.

    I've not seen any info that a change has been made, so I would have to guess the system hasn't been altered other than all the servers being active for the transfer bonuses. As the FCs are non-transferable and the house belongs to the fc and not an individual, no refund is given.

    The only way the FC would be out anything would be if you were allowed to strip it of anything valuable before you transferred off server.

    SE isn't going to let you do that. The FC house belongs to the FC, not to you, and will remain on the server with the FC.

    It was your choice to pay for things out of your personal funds instead of organizing the FC to be self-sufficient and getting the other members to contribute.

    There is no mandatory server transfer going on. No one is being forced to change. You are the one who's making the choice to abandon your FC.
