It would, had I not adjusted Raw Intuition to not have the crit component anymore.

Since, it seems redundant to keep a skill like Awareness existing just so that... WAR can use one of their other CD's?

With the side benefit of maybe reducing some RNG spike damage from boss AA crits? (Whilst Healers are over there complaining that damage is too scripted and makes healing boring )

Though I've already addressed Anticipation by talking about how at a later level, it would be traited into a more potent CD for each class (Raw Intuition for WAR, Bulwark for PLD and some new skill for DRK that is thematic and equally practical)
