I hate stones cast time its so bloody slow

The dps check is easier when using mainly Holy (along with Presence of Mind and Cleric Stance), but around the end of second/ beginning of third, it's possible to run out of mana. Assize, Thin Air and Lucid Dreaming should be used while you run. If you think it would be slow with only Holy on that phase, remember you can move before the Holy explodes.

At no point in that fight did I need to use an AoE spell, other than Assize for the heals it gives, so why anyone would use Holy here I literally do not know.

I was fixing say cause like holy range isn't big enough to hit all 3 swords. you literly have too aero II all 3 of them then go into pressense of mind cleric stance stone the them hope zenos dont reach 100 Presant 99k you

it can be done pushing it very close i maded to excape death with his charge being 88% 1-2 tics away from death..

however if anything this explains how bad the current state of white mage is when struggle at doing basic msq events

so your one of those people huh. clearly in why in the hell! would even spam holy on single target. sounds to me playing wrong job. first of all stone does more damage then holy on single target has lesser cast time. quicker animation

you are clearly wasting time spaming holy on his swords cause your holy doesn't have the range. hit of all them. trying stun something

Well, it worked. I'm also one of those people that use a controller, not keyboard and mouse, but I can still solo heal 8-man content. Only had to use Holy ca. three times per sword (except for the one I used Assize on, which I never needed for healing in that fight anyway), single target (never intended to hit multiple swords with it), and could immediately run while applying Aero I to the next sword before the last Holy animation completed (earlier than with Stone IV). Tried using Stone IV and Aero I+II a few times before, but ran just out of time every time. Yes, I could maybe have targeted from farther away with Stone IV if I had the finger dexterity, but history can't be re-written.

I know how to white mage and have mained it for years now since patch 2.4. It was a last ditch thing I tried, and normally I only use Holy when there are multiple mobs and/or need to stun to create breathing room for healing.

Edit: I'm not entirely sure what you mean by 'one of those'...

Erm....err....I have to admit that I just did it by just spamming stone on everything and didn't realize there was a dps check until reading this, oh well.
Feel a bit embarrassed now.

MAYBE an Aero 3, definitely an Aero, and then Stone IV for days.

DPS check? Pfft. Pure Stone IV spam took care of that phase before I even realised it was a check.

If you "know how to WHM" and were using Holy on single targets, then I have some bad news for you...

I didn’t wipe, but was more close than I expected. They should give the healers a dmg buff. For the dps and tank they give always form of healing (NPC or a Regen). Every duty that I need to do alone is a pain, it takes to long.

What I usually do is dot the first one and go dps the others and use dot to finish then if need to dps other one.

Uh, we HAVE a damage buff.

Cleric Stance is an additional 5%, and coupled with PoM, that can deal some serious punch.

Can I safely assume you either potion-jumped or PotD/HoH boosted your healer, because uuuhhhhhh...
