Its time to fix Elezen

My issue isn't with their looks or their animations. The biggest problem with Elezen (more specifically males) in general is that there's very few armor sets that they genuinely look good in. Au Ra is kind of the same deal, also pertaining to males.

Do you mean armour specifically, or gear in general? Because that may be a matter of taste. Not sure about actual armour, but I think my Elezen mage/bard looks good in a lot of different costumes.

Male Au Ra are definitely harder to find nice outfits for, though.

I agree that Elezens definitely need more love from SE. It would be nice to fix their 'giraffe proportions' a bit and still keep them tall and elegant. The running animation doesn't look too bad for me (like 'Hey, I am an Elezen, do you really expect me to run like a mere peasant?'), but their sprint looks awful, a bit like a high-school girl in a big male body (with the knees inside and feet outside). I like their emotes in general, but you can clearly see that some of them are just too simple in comparison with other races.

I personally don't have any problem with their outfits - they are tall and slender, so many of them look actually better than on other races. But it's just my opinion.

Of course, it's not a priority for me, but I think that it's one of the reasons why people don't choose Elezens during character creation.

They need to fix all the ARR races. Hair color palette doesn't match on ARR races compared to Au Ra(try choosing the redhead orange on an ARR race then on Au Ra)

how about NO. There is nothing wrong with elezens, their neck, shoulders and animations are characteristics of their race, and there is absolutely no need to turn them into another hyur copy, more than all races are already hyur copies. How about fixing Roe's proportions instead, they look grotesque. Instead of advocating for changing roe's proportions i simply play another race, since there's people who choose them because of their looks. Just as people choose elezens because of their current looks. But no it's always the elezen to be "disproportionate". Sigh. If you don't like 'em play another race?

Fix every race's necks. Specially when targeting another person, and also while holding a DRK weapon.

I agree ! Haha I always like to think with my Elezen that he's simply too pompous to walk/run normally.

I despise Elezen animation. It’s awful. I always walk or run with my weapon out to change it. I really wish the animation would be based on attitude instead of race. I may play as an Elezen, but I don’t consider myself as posh and elegant, but more rough and tumble type that kicks ass and takes names! I mean think about it, do all Asians walk or run the same? Do Blacks? Whites? No each person moves based on their attitude or ability.

If they start doing this, they could also fix the running animation of female Midlanders. It looks so silly (like IQ of 60)...

I have a femidlander and I will fight tooth and nail for my late for school with toast in mouth run. It's cute, it's why I love it. SE can look forward to fantasia money from me if they ever changed it.

As a male elzen player, I'd like them to look less "hunched over" when wearing certain gears. Just look at an elezen wearing any sorta cowl, or wearing a grand company officers coat and you''ll see what I mean, also the heads are a bit small.

It's right in front of my eyes in the fitting room but I really don't understand what you mean.
