I'm Thinking about transferring to another world, I'm on Phoenix EU Right now

I'm looking for an EU server with English Speakers, lots of active players and on GMT+4 Time Zone

Unless it's a different datacentre (especially with the upcoming split) then it may not be free enough for what a player wants/needs.

Odin has lots of English Speakers and it's quite active. That's not me being biased, but I'd say it fits at least those two requirements you mentioned.

Phoenix EU is mostly a German-based server if I'm not mistaken, I would appreciate a server filled with a lot of friendly and decent people, who doesn't.

No EU server is purely English speaking so you're always going to find people speaking different languages. That said most servers bar Moogle(French)and Shiva(German) have an English speaking majority.

As for active players, I believe Cerberus, Odin, Phoenix, and Ragnarok have the highest active populations.

That's about it, I recommend you make an Alt on each world and spend a few hours messing about to get a feel for said worlds community just to be sure.

All EU servers with have English speakers and non-english, what tends there are, aren't that huge. They're more important to take note of for those that don't speak english.

The world visit system will be as easy as any other teleport. You just go to the aetheryte in either Limsa, Uldah or Gridania and choose the server to teleport to.
