Non-steam free trial to steam full game

Basically, is it possible to upgrade the non-steam free trial to the steam full game? It accept the steam registration key?

I don't know if it's possible or not. What I do know is that once you put the steam key on your account, you can't ever swap to the non-steam version of the game; non-steam versions of the expansions will be incompatible with the steam base game etc, and right now they're planning on forcing steam authentication on the steam version of the game.

As someone who has the steam version of the game...steer away from it.

Yes. It is possible. You have to buy everything via Steam and get the product ID(s) there. And so, register at Mog Station with the product code given on Steam and you're done.

I done my register that way, since I downloaded the client first on S-E site and bought it via Steam. And I kept the char I played on trial.

I already knew about this and I even prefer buy the stuff from Steam ^^ Is just that my sister may get the full game but she got the non-steam free trial
