I like this idea .

Perhaps not quite a perfect tangent but I think a small sail boat (row boat with mast basically) could be a really cute mount to add to the game that you can also fish off of (unique feature of the mount). Also with perhaps special code that lets it sit on top of water in ground mode while above the ground it's in fly mode (basically reverse of other mounts that fly over water and "ground" over ground lol). That sort of boat Captain Jack Sparrow sinks in the harbor and hops off the top of the mast to onto the dock.

Although SE did mention fishing off a boat a while ago so if they want to go full fledged on the content I wouldn't want them to make it just a mount (full fledged as in it's got collision, you can walk on it, and that extra jazz beyond a normal mount).

Why not give each of the gathering their own mounts?

Not sure if you meant this already or not but wanted to clarify or add to the golem, a golem like spriggans where you are sort of in a rock mech . (Not sure if you meant golem like Golden Saucer mount that you stand on top of). If you meant rock mech then cool lol I want that .

Treant is pretty cool, the dude's head is begging for a carpet and a seat lol (like our goobbue). Would be neat if there was a special ability on the treant that made it go through some of the seasons (flowers and leaves, green leaves, orange leaves, no leaves).
