Yeah, I had additional information to add to my thread found here

But because of where it was moved to I can't say a bloody thing there. I want to say how bad of a decision this is to whomever might be listening to this, as users can not give any further information to an issue they might be having, and it feels like you're trying to silence users having a problem that isn't affecting literally everyone.

It feels like anything that was said there went in one ear and right out the other.
