Motion blur/filter in Windowed but not in Full Screen.

Hello! I have a very strange problem. I play in Windowed mode all the time, I don't use Boarder-less or Full Screen mode because I enjoy having my task bar ready to use.

But I just recently updated my Nvidia driver and found some odd screen tearing. The BEST way I can describe this-- Would be a soft filter of motion blur while I move my camera or run, it prominently shows more in dark areas or night time but stops when in light areas or during the day.

You know that "filter" they use for Direct X 11? It's almost like that bur all over the ground, and my character has a "soft" outline around them when they run.

I rolled back my driver to the previous version, did a restart and it still isn't fixed. Also turned Vsync on and the like. When I tested Boarder-less and Full Screen mode; Boarder-less had the same strange happenings but Full Screen doesn't.

I understand this game has no motion blur or options for it aside from distant objects or player effects. I'm at a loss, honestly. Feels almost like a drunk filter or video output blur.

    I've Windows 64bit.
    16gigs of RAM.
    Intel i5 3.50Ghrz Processor.
GeForce GTX 1050 Ti graphics card.

Downgraded from the recent driver back to version 419.17.

And I'm aware a gif video capture is hard to see but I might as well try to show evidence.

This does not look like motion blur.
Do you have any programs in the background running?
Close all or do a minimal boot with no autoruns via msconfig.
Do you have multiple monitors? This is especially an issue with win10 and multi monitor on different refresh rates.
    Also disable game mode.

Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

Unfortunately, I'm not quite understanding the issue you are having. What is the "filter they use for Direct X 11"? The video also looks normal, could you upload another so I can see the issue a bit easier?

Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

Hello, I've come back to inform that I have solved the issue. There was for some reason a noise filter that was coming from my monitor that was never there before, hence why I never thought to check it. My genuine thanks for your time and attention.
