It's a bit harder to look for jewellery than glamours, since you're less likely to notice them on players at a distance, but there are definitely some nice earrings out there. (And necklaces as well, although disappointingly few that don't look like they're strangling my character.)

It's also dependent on characters' hairstyles - I don't bother with earrings on my main character because you can only see them from a narrow angle behind her, but I do try to co-ordinate them on my other characters where they're more visible. The glamour dresser makes it a lot more viable than having to use prisms each time.

Also it's turned out to be quite a downside to that EXP-boost aetheryte earring. Suddenly I can't even pick between plain gold and silver earrings because it'll only accept level 1 items, and you can't get silver earrings until Lv20 or so. There's a puzzling lack of "glamour earrings" that aren't seasonal rewards or novelty mascot creatures.
