Housing harrassment

I have a good idea. How about we add a blacklist option to the housing options so that people who are harrassing FC's can make sure people don't continue to do so? We originally have a blacklist option for other players already, but maybe we can tie it in so that our blacklist as FC leaders prevents the people blacklisted from accessing anything in the FC? Via book, striking dummy, inside the house, etc etc. Can we make this happen? I feel it would make the community for the housing ward safer for FC's who don't want to deal with being harrassed by a select few who won't leave them alone
