I can't seem to access the english forum that says "Not a bug report" for the game itself. I'm trying to add a suggestion in there and/or address a problem I have been having. But for some reason, I can't post in that forum. I can read everything, but when I attempt to post it just says I don't have permission to post in that forum. It doesn't SEEM like an admin-posts-only forum. Is my forum account bugged instead? Or do I need to have a certain number of posts in the forums or something to access it?
