    Omega - the lobby server connection has encountered an error 2002

    Getting this as of about 30-40 minutes ago. I was logged on fine before that, I can connect to Aether and Elemental on the North American and Japanese data centers, but neither of the European ones.

    EDIT: I'm an idiot and didn't read the launcher note correctly. Servers are down until 10:00/11:00 on the 2nd

    Chaos is down for 24 hours for the DC split currently. Easy to miss on the maintenance notice since the shorter all worlds one is listed first

    All EU servers are currently undergoing a data centre split, they will not be available again until 10AM GMT tomorrow morning, i'm annoyed as well but nothing that can be done.

    So what will happen to the subscription day(s) that we loose? Are they gonna repay us with 1-2 days extra or do we just sit back and act like nothing has happened?

    Game Time Compensation
    As the European data centre maintenance will exceed 24 hours, we will add one day of game time as compensation to all active accounts that have remaining play time, regardless of account region.
