There's a finite number of job's we'll ever get, and they said they wanted BLU to be true to its roots. Beastmaster is in a similar boat.

There's nothing wrong with side content. We have PvP, Gold Saucer, etc.
Limited Jobs are a form of side content that warrants continuous updates, rather than being done once and forgotten like Squadrons.

Disagree, personally id rather not have had BLU, it adds nothing for me except irritation that it is not a full job when little (and i mean very little) about its kit justifies it not being one. BLU is also only superficially true to its roots, and could be true to its roots without sacrificing identity.

Squadrons get way more use than BLU imo, theres actually reasons to continually visit them to get stuff like rationing manuals, and to level alt jobs.

I mean, I'd rather the game didn't have Squadrons, Summoner, Roegadyn, Lord of Vermillion, or Eureka, they do nothing for me, but I can just ignore them...
