Ultima (can blms have it please)

Isn't there a lore reason why Ultima isn't a player action in-game? Granted lore is open to being changed, but aside from the special effects I don't think relagating it to an action would do it justice.

I try explain the lore of "Ultima"... First encounter with Utlima spell was when you fought ultima weapon. this was stored inside artifact in chest of ultima. know as Heart of something this is also known as black magic artifact. utlima is also known as one of the few forbidden magics .when ultima weapon absorbed the primals. then while fighting ultima weapon released those primals. however in years long past Ultima was used by the most powerful of black mages.

now in shadow bringers. we visiting other worlds. even time traveling so far in the past. at very beginning the first world. before Ultima weapon was even created, during this timeline. I strongly believe in the first world. Ultima is a spell that blm could learn.. but its no were as near as powerful as it is in current time line

this day in age that spell wasn't placed inside powerful black mage artifact to fester and grow strong to strong no mortal could cast it. cause heart made it that powerful.
