I feel like what you're asking for is Foul, but with a different name. It's a big ol' boom.

What would make you happy?
Do you just want the animation to look different? We definitely don't have anything that looks like the classic Ultima explosion.
Do you just want it named "Ultima"? I suspect they avoided this because it's name-dropped in the MSQ, but I think they could get away with letting BLM use a tiny version of it.
Do you just want it to do more damage? Foul is already pretty high in terms of potency.


I could get on board with Foul having an animation that felt like it had more oomph, but otherwise I'm perfectly fine with Foul.

The last part of your post makes it sound like you want a spell that does an absurd chunk of damage. Be careful what you wish for. If they ever actually did that, they'd have to nerf all the rest of BLM's kit (or like, stop you from attacking for a bit after using it) just to balance the game properly.
