My main is my canon WoL.
I won't waste a fantasia on a half finished race.
But when they do finish them I'll definitely fantasia an alt, create another alt, and maybe test it around on my main and fantasia back after a while.

Definitely changing to hrothgar. I just hope they're a little shorter than the roes if not no biggy.

Not planning on changing to one of the new races here.... though I might change my race if I change main jobs. I have switched back and forth between monk and ninja the whole time I've played, but as a roe, I always feel like I'm the most awkward ninja.... so if I prefer that job in the expansion, I'll be swapping to something more agile. Possibly a faux viera Elezen with bunny ears from the gold saucer :P

As far as if the other sexes are eventually added.... I'd have to see where they land on the look of the races before deciding.

I’m not entirely sure at the moment. I’d have to see how the character creation is. I’ve tried race changing before but it’s never lasted and I’ve always gone back to being a Lalafell. I’ll probably make a Viera alt or something if I don’t fantasia my main.

I love tall races, but elezen's body is just weird.
roe's nice but I always pick this one face and feels limited when I create a character

It kinda depends how short viera can get.

Nope. I fought for the ability to have Male Miqo'te back in the day so Kyuuen; my main, will forever be a Male Miqo'te. Might make an alt, but my main will not change.

I might give it a try at some point, but I'd intend to eventually switch back.

I have a alt that is specifically created to try out new races. (It's still got all the free fantasia's from all the collectors editions and veteran rewards.)
So more than likely, that one will be a Viera.

As for my catgirl, I won't be changing. Espi is cute enough as is, so no change is needed

Miqo'te forever!

I could never use a fantasia to make any major changes to J'taldhi. I have only ever made minor tweaks. FF14 feels like her story and it would feel wrong to supplant her from it now. Ironically I spent almost no time making this character when I started. I picked the race entirely off the relaxed but energetic pose and animations and the name was randomly generated. She was supposed to be a test character to try out the start of FF14, get a feel then make a character properly. 200 gameplay hours later I had grown attached and so this almost completely random temp character became my permanent FF14 character.

And so, J'taldhi will be a catperson till her time in FF14 ends.
