How much item level we need for the new content?

Its 7 times o12 and 1k tomes. That would make max 2 weeks and don't tell me thats hard work. Also i'm a casual player and we two will never end up in the same duty because we play on two different datacenters.

You might have not complained yourself but there are a lot players like you, that refuse to gear up, that couldn't beat it and complained afterwards.

Oh and you are bothered with players like me because we are all so toxic when we expect that everyone carries his weight which includes getting your gear in shape.

i390 Tome weapons are now 4 weeks. Not 7. So they take even less time to get now. 1 O12N once a week for a total of maybe 10 mins of your time. Ofc, i380 crafted can be augmented to i390 just as easily. As long as someone isn't still using a weapon below i380 at this point (that isn't a returning player), it shouldn't matter too much.

I wonder if they did it this way to encourage crafting? It's honestly very silly that dungeons dont drop weapons.

I could be wrong, but none of the level 50 ARR Expert dungeons or the level 60 HW Expert dungeons dropped weapons either (beyond the first set). There's no point, because there are better weapons available (e.g., crafted and tome); especially because the dungeons are always behind with regards to item level compared to those two options.

Hopefully your weapon is HQ i380/i390. NQ i380/i390 weapons are actually on par with the i300 ones when you compare their weapon damage and other stats. So, in other words, horrendously bad.

Not everyone can/is doing endgame. You can get i390 Yama gear in Rhalgr's Reach.

You don't have to do endgame to get tome gear. Tome gear is meant to be endgame gear for those who don't raid or do other high-end content.
