How much item level we need for the new content?

Not everyone runs Alphascape - especially not more than once, and the i380 gear is not trivial to craft.

Hmm so what gear do you/ they use to run current content ? 380 is for the current stuff mandatory (my opinion). So what is the difficulty ? Im curious : why not farm alpha ?
