The non existing ceremony invitaions in FFXIV and mog station

Hello there to any tech staff reading this,
I know this may not be suitable here but I think this is WORTH your attention on the technical side of things regardless. You see, my partner was testing out the world transfer with her main character to is if she can or not (we are planning to move with the NA free transfers are up on the 24th). We were testing this around between 6-8pm UK time, and 3 times there was this one sentence "This character or one of its retainers is in possession of a ceremony invitation."

Which the thing is through all of yesterday, we checked her character's inventory, Chocobo bag inventory and EVEN they're two retainers inventory spaces and found NO invitation for another character's/player's wedding whatsoever. I can even show you the screenshots if you so wish to prove thus point.

So my question is... Why the FUDGING DOOLE is this preventing a possible transfer if the bloody invitation IS NOT ON THEY'RE PERSON?!
It's stressing them out as well as I, I do NOT want them to delete their character that they worked so damn hard on!
Please, I want this to be figured out soon for both my partner's sake as well as mine.
