Either that or to reduce the number of groups that pump out too much damage and end up wiping because they push phase transitions. Just look at the sheer number of groups that wipe to Ifrit because they try to brute force through nails and end up dying to him spamming Hellfire while invincible.

If it's this bad at 70, imagine what it'll be like at 80.
