    My WHM idea for Shadowbringers

    The goals of these changes are to give whm a more interesting dps rotation, increase ogcd healing, add a more impactful job gauge, and speed up job to allow more movement and weaving.

    Current Skill changes:
    Assize: Level 56
    Deals unaspected damage to all nearby enemies with a potency of 400.
    Additional Effect: Restores 10% of own MP
    45 second cooldown

    Plenary Indulgence: Level 70
    Restores own HP and the HP of nearby party members Cure Potency: 600
    Additional Effect: Restores 10% of own MP
    45 second cooldown

    Lucid Dreaming: Level 24
    Reduces enmity by half.
    (Note: all mp using classes will now have job unique regen mechanics)

    New Skills:
    Stalactite: Level 72
    Deals Earth damage with a potency of 200.
    Additional Effect: Reduces target's piercing resistance by 5% Duration: 30s
    Cast Time: 2.5 seconds

    Wind Gust: Level 74
    Deals wind damage with a potency of 130.
    Cast Time: 0 seconds

    Refreshing Mist: Level 77
    Gradually restores own HP and the HP of all nearby party members.
    Cure Potency: 150 Duration: 21s
    60 second cooldown

    Holy 2: Level 80
    Deals unaspected damage to all nearby enemies with a potency of 350.
    Additional Effect: Stun
    Cast Time 3 seconds

    New Status Effects:
    Heavier Than Rock: Increases damage of wind spells by 100%

    Lighter Than Air: Decreases cast time of earth spells by 100%

    Highest Holy: Holy spells are guaranteed to critical hit, cast time and mp cost are reduced 100%, restores 5% of own MP.

    Job Gauge:
    Unlocked at level 50

    Casting earth or wind spells will fill the gauge. For example when casting earth spells: https://imgur.com/GLjipmv

    Casting 3 earth or wind spells in a row will grant 3 stacks of the buff Heavier Than Stone and Lighter Than Air respectively. Casting 3 earth or wind spells in a row will also fill in one of the 4 central partitions of the job gauge. For example after 3 earth spells: https://imgur.com/dGLJfTP

    Casting spells of the opposite element drain the currently filled gauge while also filling its portion of the gauge and the Heavier/Lighter portion of the gauge. For example, casting wind after filling earth: https://imgur.com/MUu1IG5

    Casting 3 spells of the opposite element will fill its portion of the gauge and grant 3 stacks of its respective Heavier/Lighter buff. Filling the gauge will fill in 2 of the central partitions of the job gauge. For example, filling wind after having previously filled earth: https://imgur.com/e2GNGKl

    Casting spells of the opposite element drain the currently filled gauge while also filling its portion of the gauge and the Heavier/Lighter portion of the gauge. For example, casting earth after filling wind: https://imgur.com/MwrhiKs

    Casting 3 spells of the opposite element will fill its portion of the gauge and grant 3 stacks of its respective Heavier/Lighter buff. This will also complete the center of the gauge granting 1 stack of the buff Highest Holy. Example: https://imgur.com/TiaDpSH

    Casting a holy spell will clear out the central and upper partitions of the job, allowing you to rebuild the stacks. Example: https://imgur.com/U0NvD4G

    Rotation Example: Stalactite, Stone4, Stone4, Aero3, Aero2, Wind Gust, Stone4, Stone 4, Stone4, Holy2, Wind Gust, Wind Gust, Wind Gust…

    (Note: the diamond shape of the job gauge is inspired by a halite crystal which is a type of stone.)
