White Mage is probably getting Stone Skin sold back to it. Hopefully with May update, so it doesn't actually look like one of the "new skills" they get in Shadowbringers is Stone Skin.
Shield Oath and Sword Oath coming off the GCD. The damage down portion of Shield Oath being removed. (Meaning you're just picking weather you have Defense bonus or Double Strike. Not Defense Bonus with Attack Down or Double Strike).
More wishful thinking (though I don't care, cause Gunbreaker now), is adding more directly damage oriented skills on the Oath Gauge. Shield Swipe is kind of lame. Ideally an AoE variant of Holy Spirit would fit nicely in the kit. Oh, and a Magic Resist Down for PLD and DRK, since Yoshi-P apparently thinks those two are the dedicated Off Tanks. Yes, I know many people (no idea the ratio) want the resistence downs gone. With the Gunbreaker reveal slides, it's clear those aren't going away for a while yet.
Hoping Dancer isn't just simply a 3rd Ranged DPS, but rather, a Slashing Ranged DPS. Unlike Gunbreaker, Yoshi-P did not blatantly say what this job's damage type would be. This would open a new realm of comps if it offers similar tools to Bard and Machinist. It even already has it's Dragoon in Ninja and Samurai.
Another source of Piercing Resistance Down, on that note. Could fit as a Role Action on the OGCD for Ranged DPS (especially if Dancer turns out to also be Piercing). I know Role Actions are getting revisited.
Replace Ultimatum in the Tank Role Actions with something else, like another mitigator, or maybe a free damage toy. Free "Grants self and all nearby party member 5% mitigation." would be nice.
Dragoons could use an additional Jump Ready proc on an additional OGCD. Maybe a Jump attack with a 45-75s cooldown that applies it's own variation of Trick Attack. Name it something as potentially lewdable as the other Dragoon skills, like "Gap Spreader" or something like that. Also, a single hit super attack that you get once you have done 3 Nastronds within a Life of the Dragon window.
I'm curious to see what Gunbreaker's version of "Shield Lob" is going to be. Gunblade had an easy option with just shooting a bullet, but these don't actually feature operational guns, so they better not shoot a bullet to "Shield Lob" mobs at 15y distance. I was really hoping these could work like an inverse Red Mage. Where the majority of your combo was in melee form. It would have a Ceruleum Exhaust Gauge (cause Thancred can't use magic). In Tank stance, this Exhaust gauge could be used to Burn or some such. Like every time you Block or Parry an attack, you do a reactive Thorns like hit to the boss. In DPS stance, you would blast yourself back 15y or whatever, spend the Ceruleum Exhaust Gauge on some ranged shots (these could be shooting bullets or firing magic), then do another dash back in. Well, anyways, this is all theory crafting for what I hoped of a Gunblade class. We're not getting it. Gunbreaker might be intended to be a Main Tank class, as Yoshi has said that he intends to fill the void he sees with it. Yeah, he said his usual "Tentative" bullonie, but this guy will evidently stick to his guns no matter user feed back, if 2013 Male Viera conversations are anything to go by. If Gunbreaker is a Main Tank, I hope it gets an onboard Slashing Resistance Down, otherwise WAR is probably still going to be completely meta for MT. If they do something stupid like give Magic Resistance Down to just GBK, then the meta is just going to be WAR:GBK tank duos.
One last thing, leveled up Chocobos endager the game balance, as highlighted by the Blue Mage exp announcement. They're gonna get nerfed.
