    Kugane Ohashi - Healer Penalty?

    A friend and I (him ilvl 397 WHM and me ilvl 395 AST) noticed that during the Kugane Ohashi trial our heals seemed... small. Even strong healing spells did very little to heal party members. Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there a hidden debuff, because we couldn't find anything.

    I did not notice anything unusual aside that he can take team's HP very low and tanks need to be looked at but i have only run it once and it was not super healing intensive so that's ok
