If there was an official poll for the missing genders' designs

With Mr. Happy's interview giving us a little bit more insight on the Hrothgar-Viera-development,
it seems the developers are -- since the period prior to Heavensward -- practically afraid to tackle unknown terrain in terms of the design for male Viera (Yoshi's wonderment: Would an Elezen-corpus with a Miqo'te-face be the right thing to do?), while expressing nevertheless strong interest into creating something different from the existing playable races.

Meanwhile, many players who care not for the bunny-boys tend to raise the "males-won't-be-the-way-you-would-expect-them"-flag --- and I for one wouldn't be surprised, if female Hrothgar would not necessarily appear like former Ronso-ladies, because the lion-men we got for FFXIV have not the same body-shape as those from X(-2). (Let's be honest: Expectations and hopes are usually prettier than reality turns out to be.)

Thanks to that, the situation as a whole looks very much like a dead-end.
Albeit SE obtains lots of feedback via the forum, the amount of (double-)posts as well as the language-differences considering everybody who's not capable of speaking Japanese really don't make it easy for them to get a proper résumé / conclusion. Also, all the salt between the camps of "Support male Viera / female Hrothgar" and "Don't care a >peep< for that" surely isn't fun to behold for the devs.

Hence, I was wondering:
If SE repeated, what they once had done for their Best-Of-FFXIV-music-album, wouldn't that help out very much IN CASE they create the missing genders in the future? A simple poll -- giving players clear options to pick, how they would prefer their male Viera and female Hrothgar at the most -- sounds to me like an option to get usable results from the community without receiving lots of chatting around each answer.

If an official poll for both missing genders' designs existed, would you be willing to do such a multiple-choice-test in order to clarify your imaginations?

Or would you ignore it since you're not caring at all for the whole Hrothgar-Viera-topic?

I don't understand why people think they would be small or delicate. The lore straight up calls them wild/feral and they live alone in the jungle how do you get small/delicate out of that?

Well you don't need to be big to be wild and feral. Take a Wolverine for example.

It should be becoming more obvious that SE ask it's players to decide new choices for them, since they apparently get them wrong anyways.

No more surprises guys, we'll run everything by you before we design it from now on.

I still say they should go for a midlander/highlander type split because no matter what they decide on, people will be upset, more so than with any other race/gender.

If we did create a male design for the Viera, he would be quite elegant, handsome, and slim.

If there is no mistranslation, ofc. Imo, this describing is good. "Slim" does not mean "skinny" after all, so they can be still muscular/athletic, just not bulky as Higlanders or Roe are.
He didn't say anything about females Hrothgars though, but for them we have representation in ff10.

I wouldn't put too much faith in that, he's straight up calling them redundant since they'd just be male elezen with bunny ears.
