As you might now, there is a 'general' Final Fantasy manga called Lost Stranger, which is about a low position SE programmer getting issekai'd into a FF world seemingly unrelated to any of the mainline titles.

The world the protag finds himself in is inhabitated by what seem to be our XIV races, just with different names





We now know that this is actually how the races work in the shards, and there is even a crystal tower like structure shown



So one can only assume now that the protag actually landed in one of the other remaining shards. And now for the thread title: he even wonders if Viera and Ronzo (Hrotghar) might exist as well in that world
