No, there's two sexes: male and female. I don't even care if I get banned for saying this.
And yes, if you people actually played single player FF games, you'd realize that certain things are well established and that changing them certainly feels weird from a perspective of a fan of the series.

And claiming there are only 2 sexes is somewhat discriminatory/exclusionary towards them.
