This is really Ridiculous how so many really don't understand what choices they are making with this game. And most don't really speak up when they do like something and attempt to defend it but only when they don't like something.

People really need to start getting with the program.

That means reading and understanding the notes. Understanding what you want, Why you want it, What effect it will have on the game and the community. and most important speaking up if you don't quite understand.

SE gets way to much hate and backlash for the community's own faults and problems.
And it's really sad. They can't make you read and understand things. Simple fact is the people who are raging about the merge now are the same people who were complete silent and not understanding the merge options and speaking out why they are against it/for it. And blame SE for it. So please start paying attention and speak up people. SE can't read your mind and do everything for you

This is no doubt in regards to movement cancelling spellcasting.

The developers have a goal in mind, a general idea of what they want 2.0 to be. They are open to feedback, sure. Sometimes though, they need to draw a line and say "this is necessary for our goal". That is what Yoshi-P did when he explained why the change is happening.

As supporters of this game, we need to trust that the developers know what they are doing. Some changes need to happen so the dream that is 2.0 can become a reality.
