Well found the spot in the Screen Shot and using my character and I am assuming she is Max height (could be wrong). Using this I'm calculating her with scuffed math at about 82.6 Inches (~209.8 cm) so about 5 inches shorter than my Femroe (if you don't count the ears) if that is true then unfortunately our queens aren't taller than the guys but... maybe that is why they are hunched (Years of bad posture to not stand taller than their queens :P ) but they aren't that much shorter with what I'm assuming (Outside Potatoes since there is no height difference there) that they could have the smallest difference between male and female heights.

So if my scuffed math and averages ends up being correct (or very close to correct) we could see Hrothgals height between 76.5 Inches (194.3 cm) to 82.6 Inches (209.8 cm) making them the 2nd tallest race option at max height but the tallest at minimum height (Femroes are weird having over 12 Inch (30 cm) difference between 0-100 on the size slider) and making them around an .7-1.2 inches (1.7-3 cm) shorter than the males.

Hopefully on Tuesday I can get a better measurement and give a more accurate number (again assuming she is max height and that the Data miners can solve that info). Still I'm happy that they are on the taller end with a nice strong build ^^

I am going to chug a fanta for this experiment. I will go 50% height male Hrothgar. If I am right and she (like many other NPCs) is also 50% height. Then we can safely assume the medium height for them. And compare it to that of the males to see how big they could be.
Even if she isn't a 50% height the dataminers should be able to confirm it from the files.

iirc most NPCs tend to be 50/100 height most of the time, so she might be an average. We'll see what dataminers have to say after 6.55 patch.
Otheriwse we'll just have to wait for benchmark and see for ourselves. ^^

But they definitely seem to be on the taller side, which I like.

Agree! For me, their run and walk animation tends to be the big denominator. With the rest I can deal. But with that said, their reveal trailer was jam-packed with their animations and I liked all of them. I am sure they will be taken care of.
But with that said, do you guys think there will be a chance of us getting a variation of that 1 sitting pose the males have? You know which one I am talking about!

Here I completely agree. From my point of view, the Roe and Highlanders have some of the most interesting sets of emotions, perfectly reflecting this vigorous nature. They are, pardon the pun, emotional, and I love that. Fingers crossed, and may they will inherit this tradition of "stronger" looking races...

But with that said, their reveal trailer was jam-packed with their animations and I liked all of them.

I really like the stretching move at the beginning of reveal, and hope it's their own. But also should note that not everything there is unfamiliar. The lady uses "Eastern Stretch" at 0:59... Which strikes me as a bit of an odd choice, but maybe it's meant to create atmosphere, after all

As someone who has been dying for femiqo'te to get the super cute squat sit, you KNOW SE isn't gonna let female characters spread their legs out like that. (especially not since the portrait incident)

I'm a bit biased but the closer they are to Highlander emotes the better. Best emotes in the game by a mile!

Well I think I have most of the emote names they use in the trailer. so without putting in walk/run/jump we start with what I think is going to be their Pose animation (Since it looks like she is getting ready for a hunt) then we have some obvious ones with Ground Sit and Look Out that moves into Fume (since furious looks angry the whole animation this seems to fit fume better) then no clue what the hand on top of the head animation is that moves into the stretch then for some odd reason Eastern Stretch and ends with the left one doing me and then the other to doing positive voiced emotes like happy and cheer though I can't seem to pinpoint these animations.

I know they aren't close to Femroes or Miqo'te in terms of emote animations. Not quite sure about other inspirations they could pull from such as Highlanders though I don't think too often the animations outside of the extra ones from events or the cash shop are the same.

I think that one might be a part of /pose. The extra stretch after it might be another part of it as well? idk what to make of the two different stretch animations.
